SMS Messaging Terms

Effective August 6, 2026

GulfGuard Storm Protection, operated by Cash Laurens, LLC, may offer an optional text-messaging program. Text messaging is not represented as currently active. These terms describe the program GulfGuard intends to provide if and when it is activated for customers who expressly opt in.

Program messages

Messages may include consultation confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling coordination, project milestone or status updates, document or payment notifications, customer-support responses, and other transactional communications related to a requested service or customer project.

Consent

GulfGuard will request express consent before sending automated program messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. By opting in, you confirm that you are authorized to use the mobile number provided and agree to receive messages covered by your consent.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, appointments, project activity, and support needs. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to opt out of program messages. After an opt-out request, you may receive one confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance or email Office@GulfGuardFL.com. Opting out of text messages does not prevent necessary non-SMS communications about an active agreement or legal obligation.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. Mobile information is not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers to operate messaging under appropriate restrictions.

Changes and availability

Program availability, message categories, and these terms may change. We will post material updates here. GulfGuard may suspend or discontinue the program, subject to applicable law.
