Cash Laurens, LLC, doing business as GulfGuard Storm Protection, provides the GulfGuard customer experience. GulfGuardFL.com is GulfGuard's official public website.
GulfGuard provides professionally measured and installed hurricane-fabric opening protection for homes and businesses in Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Pasco counties in the Tampa Bay area.

Optional SMS program
Customers may separately and affirmatively opt in to receive transactional text messages from GulfGuard Storm Protection. Messages may include consultation and appointment confirmations, scheduling communications, project or service-status updates, document and payment notifications, and customer-support responses.
SMS consent is optional, is not a condition of purchase, and is not bundled with a consultation request. The separate checkboxes on our consultation request and scheduling pages are unchecked by default, and a customer can continue without choosing SMS.

Consent evidence and revocation
When a customer chooses SMS, the existing intake path includes an explicit opted-in status, the public source, consent-language version, timestamp, mobile number, and customer action for governed recording. Unchecked, missing, opted-out, and revoked consent is not SMS authorization. A STOP request or direct opt-out is authoritative and suppresses applicable SMS communications.
